GoGopher managed my building, Blaise Studio Apartments in Minneapolis. I was able to tour and apply within the same day, being approved within a week. The building was kept clean, with nice amenities like a gym and bike storage. My only complaint would be the timeliness of responses via email, with one of my emails taking 5 days to receive a response regarding my concern.
