this local property management company was great overall! They were quick to maintenance request and were respectful/easy to work with. The unit was in good condition for an older apartment. Most of their rentals are older buildings full of charm. The biggest issue I had with this property management company was not getting my damage deposit back, which is a common issues among other tentants I met. They will provide you a cleaning checklist, make sure you follow that checklist or you will not get any of your damage deposit back.
